Established for more than 30 years, Torbay Aged Care and Retirement Village is the longest established aged care and retirement village in Hervey Bay with a reputation for excellent care. Torbay Aged Care provides services at two facilities in Hervey Bay, Queensland to more than 200 aged care residents and employs over 250 staff. TORBAY is a community-based not-for- profit organisation with a solid reputation for caring both for its residents and also its staff.

We believe in caring for our staff the same way that we expect staff to care for our residents.

We are seeking permanent full-time, part-time and casual Personal Carers (minimum of Cert III in Aged Care), Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Domestics and Kitchen Hands on an ongoing basis.

	Orientation Programs to make you feel welcome
	Ongoing in service programs on work related topics
	Staff are employed under the Aged Care or Nurses Award.
	In order to provide a safe aged care working environment, all staff are required to attend annual training as per aged care legislation.
	It is a requirement that all staff have a current police certificate.
